Miwsa AI, our most advanced AI model to date, is a game-changing innovation in the world of job applications and recruiting. It is designed with over 800 API calls to process one job listing, analyze the specifics of the position, and create personalized content, geared to resonate with the recruiting AI system of potential employers.
Our journey to creating Miwsa AI started with an in-depth study of the recruitment industry. We explored industry resources and recruiter boards to understand the tools they use to analyze candidates and the key attributes they focus on during the evaluation. While every employer has unique needs and preferences, we found four commonly sought-after archetypes: individuals who are agile and can rapidly learn new technologies, dominant leaders, team players, and the “rockstars” who excel remarkably in a specific area.
With these profiles in mind, we deployed AI to reverse engineer the personality and assessment tools recruiters use. The goal was to generate content—be it resumes or cover letters—that aligns with the requirements of the recruiting AI and flags the applications as an ideal match.
How it works
Next, we scanned job boards to compile a comprehensive list of the most frequently asked interview questions. With this vast list in hand, we began the meticulous process of creating a comprehensive interview preparation guide.
We feed the job description into Miwsa AI, which then deconstructs it to understand what traits the job requires. Considering that AI systems often generate job descriptions, our model is specifically designed to read and comprehend these AI-written listings.
Upon decoding the job description, Miwsa AI applies the acquired insights on desired traits to each interview question. It meticulously iterates through each question, tailoring responses according to the identified personality profiles. This extensive process involves more than 800 API calls, marking it as our most complex AI implementation so far.
